ymono erstellt in Berlin Keramik an der Schnittstelle von Kunst und Design.
Die Keramiken werden von Hand aufgebaut und sind in ihrer Ausprägung von Form und Farbe (Glasur)
bewußt heterogen gehalten. Zitate traditioneller japanischer Raku-Keramik stehen neben Pop-Elementen.
Die Glasuren bewegen sich in einem Spektrum von traditionellen asiatischen Glasuren bis hin zu
Industrieprodukten aus dem Hobbybereich.
Jede Arbeit ist ein Unikat.
ymono creates ceramics in Berlin at the intersection of art and design. The ceramics are hand-built and deliberately heterogeneous in their form and color (glaze). Quotes from traditional Japanese Raku ceramics stand alongside pop elements. The glazes range from traditional Asian glazes to industrial products from the hobby sector.
Each piece is unique.
